We made it! I learned so much! I didn't know anything about Newton's Laws or G forces before this unit. I have learned everything from the elements that go into making a roller coaster work to why a ball stops when you roll it on the ground. I was also able to understand more about energy and how it works. I liked being able to build and decorate such an ambitious project! If there was one thing I could change, it would be the composition of the middle of the roller coaster. But overall, I'm happy with what we accomplished!

Physics Project Reflection #3
Wow, one more week! I think we have made some good progress, especially with Zoé staying after and working on it when Yasmine and I couldn't. I am a bit worried though that we won't have enough time to finish decorating the coaster. Inertia has played a big role in our building process, and has caused us to have to readjust some fundamental parts of our roller coaster. It has been really frustrating how we never seem to be able to fix a problem fully. The marble always gets caught up somewhere new, and it isn't consistent. Although, I think that we have a good plan for what we want to do, and we usually agree with each other pretty quickly, so the rest of the project should go well!
